    Can I change plans later?

    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We'll prorate any difference.

    What happens if I exceed my usage limits?

    When you exceed your included limits, usage-based rates apply: $0.04 per additional SMS, $0.20 per additional voice minute, and $0.05 per additional AI request. You'll always be notified before incurring overages.

    How does the commission structure work?

    We earn revenue through a combination of flat fees ($27 per qualified lead and $27 per booked appointment) plus a small percentage of deal value: 1.5-3% at booking and 1.5-7% at closure. The rates decrease as you move up tiers, rewarding higher volume customers.

    Do you have an affiliate or referral program?

    Yes. When you refer another business to Petunia, you earn 20% of their monthly subscription fee for as long as they remain a paying customer. Referral earnings are based on the subscription fee only — not on Petunia's booking fees or performance commissions from calls and closed deals. Those stay with Petunia. Share your referral link from the Refer & Earn tab in your account settings.

    Do I need my own model keys?

    No. Petunia includes the usage you need for the Growth Partner motion. Enterprise or compliance teams that must bring their own keys can talk to sales — BYOK is not the default GTM path.
